We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manage with sales experience in IT industry. In the role, the desired candidate will be involved in researching, developing new clients and maintaining the relationships. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop business sales plans and models.
- Responsible for achievement of quarterly, year-to-date, and annual sales goals/targets.
- Initiate proactive outbound follow up methods to lay the groundwork, develop the foundation to nurture prospects into opportunities overall.
- Identify the decision maker and be comfortable with calling and dealing with both business and technology executives and managers.
- Understand customer needs/requirements and qualifying the leads generated with the qualification process.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Responsible for building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential sales opportunities
- Willing to travel PAN India whenever required.
